2. How do I place an order?
Browse your favorite styles, select size and quantity, click “Add to Cart,” then proceed to checkout with your details and preferred payment method.
3. How can I track my order?
After shipping, you’ll get a tracking link via SMS or email. You can also check your order status by logging into your Aaronee account.
4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer COD for most pin codes across India. The availability of COD will appear during checkout.
14. How long does it take to deliver my order?
Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and local courier services.
16. What happens if I miss the delivery?
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If undelivered, the package will be returned to us. You can contact us to re-ship it.
17. Can I open the package before paying in COD?
No, the delivery agent will hand over the parcel only after payment. If you face any issue, you can always contact us for support.
10. What size options are available?
We offer sizes xs to 3XL. A size chart is available on each product page for your convenience.
11. Are the colors of the product exactly as shown?
We try to showcase true colors, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen resolution.
12. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
