FAQ Payments 

1. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across India.

2. Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?

Yes, COD is available for most pin codes. You can select it during checkout if eligible in your area.

3. Is there an additional charge for COD?

Yes, a small COD handling fee of ₹150 may be applicable.

4. Are my payment details secure?

Yes, all online payments are securely processed through trusted gateways like Razorpay and Paytm using SSL encryption.

5. What should I do if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, try again using a different method. If the amount was deducted but your order wasn't placed, contact us with the transaction ID.

6. Can I use Google Pay or PhonePe for payment?

Yes, we support all major UPI apps including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and more.

7. Do you offer EMI or Buy Now, Pay Later?

Currently, we don’t offer EMI or BNPL options. We're working to include them in the near future.

8. Will I receive payment confirmation?

Yes, once your payment is successful, you will receive both email and SMS confirmation with the order summary.

9. Can I get a GST invoice?

Yes. Please enter your GST number during checkout or contact us after placing your order to request a GST invoice.

10. What happens if I’m charged twice?

In case of duplicate charges, the extra amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days. You can also contact our support team for quick resolution.
